Monthly rates and what’s included.

Medina Highlands Park is a small, long-term MH/RV park. Tenants bring their own RV or mobile home and rent a lot on a monthly basis. A Dual-Deck Studio Cottage is also available from time to time and is leased through a local Realtor.

Rates below are current as of this writing but may change over time. Always confirm during your inquiry or application process.

RV & Mobile Home Lots

Rates for long-term RV and MH lots within Medina Highlands Park—

$350 / month

Same base rate for RV lots and MH lots.

What’s included:

  • Use of an RV or MH lot within the park.
  • Water currently supplied by the park’s private well.
  • On-site dumpster service for household trash.
  • Use of individual septic tank (where provided for each lot).

What residents pay directly:

  • Electric service through Bandera Electric Co-op.
  • Internet provider of choice. (BEC offers fiber Internet).
  • Phone service, if desired.

Note on water: Water is currently included in rent via a private well system. If a public water system takes over service in the future, tenants will be expected to open an account with that provider and pay their water bill directly.

MH lots: Because the park operates within specific utility and capacity constraints, availability for new mobile home placements is limited and may change over time.

Dual-Deck Studio Cottage (Lot 29)

A stand-alone studio cottage with raised ceilings, dual decks, full kitchen, and full bath. The cottage is physically located within Medina Highlands Park but is listed and leased through a licensed Realtor.

$975 / month

Current listing rate, subject to change based on market conditions and lease terms negotiated through the Realtor.

What’s included:

  • Use of the studio cottage, decks, and parking area.
  • Water currently supplied by the park’s private well.
  • On-site dumpster service for household trash.

What the tenant pays:

  • Phone service, if desired.
