No. Medina Highlands Park is set up for long-term RV residents only. We do not offer nightly, weekly, or short-term RV rentals. All RV lots are rented on a monthly basis.

Standard monthly rates are:

  • RV lots: $350/month, plus electric.
  • MH lots: $350/month plus electric.
  • Dual-deck cottage: $975/month, leased separately through a Realtor.

Availability changes as tenants move in and out, and because the park operates with a limited number of active spaces at any one time.

  • RV lots: A small number of RV spaces are open for new long-term tenants.
  • MH lots: Mobile home placements are considered on select lots with full hookups. Call for details.
  • Cottage: Availability is managed via the Realtor’s MLS listing.

  • Electric: Tenants set up an account with Bandera Electric Co-op and pay their own electric bill directly.
  • Water: Water is currently supplied by a private well and included in rent. If a public water system takes over water supply in the future, tenants will be expected to open an account with that utility and pay their water bill directly.
  • Trash: An on-site dumpster is provided, and trash service is included in rent.
  • Internet: Tenants may choose any provider that serves the area and pay that provider directly. (Bandera Electric Co-op provides fiber Internet)

No. Medina Highlands Park is a small, rural MH/RV park with no pool, clubhouse, or on-site laundry facility. The focus is on straightforward long-term housing in a quieter setting rather than resort-style amenities.

  • $350 — 1st month's rent
  • $300 — security deposit (refundable)
  • $35 + $2.49 — background check (non-refundable) for each adult

Medina Highlands Park is intended to be a quiet, long-term community. While detailed rules will be provided during the application or lease process, the general expectations include:

  • Keeping lots tidy, mowed and free from excessive clutter.
  • Complying with basic safety and parking guidelines.

If you have pets, please mention them when you reach out so we can clarify current requirements and any restrictions.
