Availability at Medina Highlands Park is intentionally limited and focused on long-term residents. A small number of RV spaces may be opened at any given time, and most mobile home lots are currently occupied by existing tenants, though we do review new mobile home inquiries on a case-by-case basis when capacity allows. The dual-deck cottage is located within the park but is leased separately through a Realtor when available.

RV Lots (1–11)
A limited number of long-term RV lots are currently available for new tenants.
RV lots are offered at $350/month, plus electric paid directly to Bandera Electric Co-op. Water is currently included via a private well, and on-site dumpster service for trash is also included.
RV availability varies and is opened on a limited basis depending on current utility capacity. Please contact us for the most up-to-date availability.
The exact lot numbers and site details (shade, pad layout, etc.) can be discussed when you reach out, as they may change based on current occupancy and utility configuration.
Mobile Home Lots (12–28)
Mobile home lots at Medina Highlands Park are primarily occupied by existing long-term residents. Where space and configuration allow, select lots may be considered for new manufactured home placements on a case-by-case basis. The base lot rate for qualifying spaces is typically $350/month, plus electric paid directly to Bandera Electric Co-op.
Because the park operates within specific utility and capacity constraints, availability for new mobile home placements is limited and may change over time.

Dual-Deck Studio Cottage (Lot 29)
The dual-deck studio cottage is located within Medina Highlands Park but is listed and leased through Realtor Eric Seeman with Keller Williams Heritage.
The cottage is currently listed at $975/month. Water (via private well) and on-site dumpster service for trash are included; tenants pay electric directly to Bandera Electric Co-op and arrange their own Internet if desired.
Availability for the cottage is based on the active MLS listing and may change independently from RV or MH lot availability within the park.
