RV spaces (lots 1–11) are offered on a month-to-month basis when available. RVs must be in good working order, presentable, and are subject to approval by management.

Quiet, long-term MH/RV living in the Texas Hill Country
Tucked into the foothills above the north shore of Medina Lake, Medina Highlands Park offers shaded, tree-filled MH and RV sites with room to breathe. Sit out on your concrete patio, watch the deer wander by, and enjoy a small, welcoming community built for long-term residents.

The park was developed as a simple, long-term community for residents who want a quieter, more rural setting without being too far from everyday necessities. We focus on stable, month-to-month residency for people who appreciate a slower pace and the natural surroundings of the Hill Country.
Utilities are on site: individual septic tanks at each lot, electric service and fiber Internet through Bandera Electric Co-op, and water currently provided by a private well. RV lots have 30/50 amp hookups.
Mobile Home Lots
MH spaces (lots 12–28) are mostly occupied, but availability may change as utility capacity evolves. Mobile home placements are also considered on select lots with full hookups. Please reach out to discuss current options.

Medina Highlands Park offers oversized lots, quiet country living, and an affordable long-term community with more space and privacy than typical MH/RV parks.
Tenants are expected to maintain their lots, keep the property tidy, and respect their neighbors. In return, residents get a simple place to live that feels more like country living and less crowded than other parks.
